1. I have just recently returned to Canada after having been gone for over 20 years, during which time I traveled the world, lived in Japan, Taiwan, L.A. and Marin (Northern California).

2. I got my start in the entertainment industry in Japan, where I was hired to work for a Japanese company that had been bought by Disney. I learned all about the animation process in Japanese and was sent around Asia to represent the studio with subcontractors. I was the only foreigner in the company, and a woman at that. Whenever a studio tour took place, I was considered one of the most interesting sights to see.

3. My favorite way to decompress each year is to spend several weeks in the summer at our cottage in northern Ontario. Determining what the next meal will be is as stressful as it gets.
