* Imaginary Playmate, a Lifetime Television MOW about a little girl whose ‘imaginary’ friend unleashes some supernatural evil on her and her family, was scheduled to wrap in Victoria, BC on Sept. 1. William Fruet (Wild Card) is at the helm of the thriller.
* Another Lifetime Television MOW, Vivid Dreams, wrapped in Vancouver on Aug. 21, with Cheryl-Lee Fast (Spirit Bear: The Simon Jackson Story) producing and Paul Schneider directing.
* The Paramount Pictures thriller Case No. 39 – about a social worker trying to help a young girl who isn’t as innocent as she appears – is scheduled to begin shooting in Vancouver under director Christian Alvart (Killer Queen) on Sept. 6.
