Devine Entertainment reports sharp increases in revenues and net income for the year ended Dec. 1, 1999.
Revenues for the period increased 77% to $3.75 million, compared to $2.1 million in 1998.
Even better, net income for 1999 rose 266% to $871,162 or $0.08 per share, compared to $238,047 or $0.02 per share for 1998.
The company attributes its impressive increases to the delivery of four of its Artists’ Specials to hbo, in addition to a major turnaround in video sales in the third and fourth quarters of 1999.
