The film No Tomorrow, opening in Toronto Nov. 17, will mark the official launch of the new Toronto-based production company OBSRD Productions. No Tomorrow, a dramatic short, is the result of a collaboration between filmmakers Richard Poplak and Tamir Moscovici, principals in obsrd.

Poplak (credited as director, writer and coproducer on No Tomorrow) and Moscovici (producer) have reportedly been in cahoots on their venture for nearly a year and have developed a business plan to produce a number of feature films and an animated series.

obsrd is in early development on the animated series The Tale and the feature film Rehab.
