Vancouver: Vidatron Entertainment Group has changed its name to Peace Arch Entertainment Group and has consolidated shares.
Each group of five outstanding shares has been converted into one Class A Multiple Voting Share and one Class B Subordinate Voting Share.
Trading began on the Toronto Stock Exchange July 19. Peace Arch A shares closed the first day’s trading at $11, while the B shares closed at $10.50.
Under the Vidatron banner, shares traded in the $4.05 range on July 16.
The name Peach Arch refers to the monument erected in 1921 on the border between Washington State and British Columbia (at White Rock) and symbolizes for the company the spirit of cooperation between Canada and the u.s.
