Pontypool heads south

Bruce McDonald’s latest is headed for an American theatrical release following a deal with IFC Films. The indie distributor has picked up Pontypool and says, following the zombie horror’s U.S. debut this month at the Museum of Modern Art, it will release the picture in New York and Los Angeles on May 29, with hopes of expanding.
