The Movie Network, Movie Central and the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television (ACCT) have teamed up to produce a new Canadian Screen Week special, Women Who Act with Patricia Rozema.

The 72-minute special features filmmaker Rozema interviewing four high-profile Canadian film and television actresses, including Andrea Martin, Tatiana Maslany, Sandra Oh and Ellen Page. The special was written and directed by Barry Avrich and will air on Feb. 28 at 9 p.m., one day before the 2015 Canadian Screen Awards broadcast on CBC.

In addition to the television broadcast, Women Who Act with Patricia Rozema will have a world premiere screening at the TIFF Light Box on Feb. 27 as part of ongoing Canadian Screen Week events. Rozema and Avrich will introduce the film.

Women Who Act with Patricia Rozema is an original production from The Movie Network and Movie Central, produced in association with the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television.
