Keys to the VIP asks guys with game to vote online

CTVglobemedia’s Comedy Network is putting some online interactivity into the second season of Keys to the VIP, which premieres in the Thursday 10 p.m. ET/PT timeslot on Oct. 25.

The net is inviting ‘arm-chair experts’ to go online after each show and vote for their favorite ‘playa’. At the end of the season, a ‘Playa of the Year’ will be crowned based on the vote counts. ComedyNetwork.ca is also launching a Keys to the VIP Playa Quiz on Oct. 15 to let viewers guess what it takes to attract women, and compare their results to the show’s own survey of hundreds of club girls.

Each of the 13 half-hour episodes features two playas who compete for three rounds with the aim of picking up women at Toronto clubs — and they’ve got to do it while insulting girls’ clothing or fulfilling other requirements introduced by the show’s VIP expert panel, featuring Alen, Peachez, Chris and Sheldon.

Eps will also hit the ComedyNetwork.ca broadband player each morning after they go to air. The first season was the specialty’s top-rated show for online viewing, and recorded over 110,000 streams since last October. Fuse TV has picked up the show for its 45 million subscribers in the U.S.

Keys to the VIP is an original Comedy Network production produced in association with Buck Productions and Alpha Male Productions.
