1972: Forms Vivafilm with Victor Loewy and distributes The Best of the New York Erotic Film Festival
1975: Cofounds RSL Films production company
1985: Cofounds Alliance Communications Corp.
1993: Takes Alliance public
1998: Sells Alliance and forms Serendipity Point Films
2007: Forms Maximum Film Distribution and Maximum Films International
2008: Partners with Blueprint Entertainment and Oasis International
