eOne closes slew of international factual deals

Entertainment One (eOne) has closed a number of international deals for factual programming, including sales of the feature documentary Dieppe Uncovered, and Kenny vs. Spenny.

Discovery Italy picked up the free TV rights to comedy reality series Scrappers, and WWII-themed factual programming Dieppe Uncovered and Storming Juno. Sky in Italy secured free and pay TV rights to reality series Panic Button and Italy’s Digicast purchased the pay TV rights to Dangerous Persuasions; the country’s RTI took free TV rights to Kenny vs. Spenny.

In Germany, Spiegel TV picked up pay TV rights to Dieppe Uncovered, and the Korean War documentary 28 Heroes, and N24 bought the Free TV rights to Mission Asteroid. On the African continent, Fox Crime picked up the reality series The Beat, and Planete+ secured the pay TV rights to Perfect Storms.

Isarel’s Ananey picked up the pay TV rights to two reality series: Offbeat Roads and Sugarstars. In Hungary, Viasat TV6 obtained rights to Outlaw Bikers, Stuntdawgs, and The Beat.

TV4 Sweden also took the free TV rights to The Beat and Dangerous Persuasions. The free TV rights for Dangerous Persuasions were also picked up by Finland for TV4, DR in Denmark, Prima Love in Czech Republic, and Ukraine’s Mega Channel.

Elsewhere, Russia’s Channel One took the free TV rights to Who The F**k is Arthur Fogel, and TV JOJ Plus in Slovakia secured the rights to Very Bad Men.
