Beyond Distribution is adding two upcoming series from Toronto-based Re:Source Media to its catalog, marking the first time that the companies have partnered.

3 Chefs, 1 City is a 13 x 30-minute series that follows three chefs as they give a tour of their cities. Featured chefs include David Thompson, Ian Kittichai, Alvin Leung, Heinz Beck, Daniel Boulud, Pierre Gagnaire and Reuben Riffel, and locales include Bangkok, New York, and Cape Town.

In the 10 x 60-minute series Asia Rising, business leader, author and philanthropist Vikrom Kromadit hosts and shines the spotlight on the ambassadors, UN officials, authors, commentators, business leaders and cultural icons of Asia.

Both titles are almost completed, and will be brought to the Asia Television Forum by Beyond.

“We are very excited to be working with Re:Source Media and hope that these two new shows will be the first of many we will be able to bring to market for them,” said Yvonne Body, head of acquisitions at Beyond Distribution, in a statement.
