Digital media production company inMotion Production Group (IPG) is expanding its team, with the addition of Steph Brown as senior writer and producer.

Brown will work with senior producer Han Nguyen to spearhead IPG’s Toronto operations. The company, which is headquartered in Ottawa, also has offices in Calgary.

Brown previously worked at Cineflix Productions, and managed the documentary studio at the NFB’s head office. Her recent credits include exec producing APTN’s Qanuril? (What Now?) Inuktitut series, and producing, directing and editing docu-series End of the Line, also for APTN.

Since May, the film, TV and digital production co has also hired on VFX artist and puppeteer Matt Ficner as director of creativity, to pilot growth of the company’s film and TV division; Ben Dionne as production services manager of IPG subsidiary, Accent Production Services; and Lisa Nault as senior producer of factual entertainment for TV and the web.
