Indie distributor Breakthrough Entertainment has sold three features – the indie horror film Antisocial, Cubicle Warriors and the dramedy The Resurrection of Tony Gitone – out of Cannes.
Monster Pictures has bought writer/director Cody Calahan’s Antisocial for the U.S., UK and Australian markets.
Marina Cordoni, vice president of movies for Breakthrough Entertainment, also sold Cubicle Warriors to HOM Vision in Benelux, with a U.S. deal near at hand, according to the distributor.
Starring Alan Thicke, Cubicle Warriors is directed by Jeff Stephenson.
And Italy’s Cineama has acquired Jerry Ciccoritti’s The Resurrection of Tony Gitone for its own market, with theatrical debut set for Aug. 1 in Rome.
