Former Cartoon Network exec Terry Kalagian has joined Fresh TV as a consultant to help the Toronto prodco beef up its development and production slate, the company announced on Wednesday.

Kalagian will source coproduction and financing opportunities for Fresh and its animation service partner Elliott Animation, and will also seek new partners for the company. Fresh’s credits include the tween series 6Teen and the reality cartoon Total Drama Island.

‘As Fresh expands its slate, Terry’s expert knowledge of international coproduction and distribution is invaluable to us. She knows every detail of this industry,’ commented Fresh exec producer Tom McGillis in a release.

Kalagian will work through her U.S.-based shingle Kalagian Productions, a television and entertainment consulting firm.
