Dave Foley will host next month’s Genie Awards, sharing the stage with presenters including Gordon Pinsent and Sarah Polley. Organizers of the annual movie awards and Canwest named the longtime Kids in the Hall member and 12 presenters on Monday.

The lineup for this Saturday’s awards also includes Devon Bostick (Being Erica), Chloé Bourgeois (Tout est parfait), Joe Dinicol (Passchendaele) and Éveline Gélinas of Ce qu’il faut pour vivre.

‘I’m extremely honored to host the Genie Awards, and I’m looking forward to celebrating the achievements of my fellow Canadians in Ottawa,’ said Foley in a statement. The awards will be held in Ottawa and aired on Global and IFC.
