Breakthrough Entertainment has joined with multiple-award winning Gospel Music star Carvin Winans for The Mix, a six one-hour series that will feature one-on-one interviews with Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight, Michael McDonald, Quincy Jones, Aretha Franklin and other musical greats.

The show will also feature jam sessions and duets with the artists.

The Mix is produced by Breakthrough and Joel Goldberg, whose credits include music videos and documentaries such as Flip, Flop, and Fly and Pacing The Cage.

“We are thrilled to work with Carvin and his superstar artist friends in bringing the pure joy of Gospel, R&B, Pop, Jazz and more to the world,” said Nat Abraham, Breakthrough’s president of distribution, in a statement.
