Peace Point Rights, the distribution division of Toronto-based producer Peace Point Entertainment, has appointed Andy Schreiber to its sales team, company president and CEO Les Tomlin said Monday.

Based in L.A., Schreiber will be responsible for bringing Peace Points theatrical, TV, home video and digital platform catalogues to the U.S. market. He will also represent the company’s feature film and scripted catalogue worldwide outside of Latin America.

“Andy’s extensive worldwide knowledge of scripted programming comes at an exciting time for us as we launch our film catalogue featuring over 50 new film titles, several mini-series and our first theatrical release, The DNA of GSP,” said Tomlin in a statement.

Schreiber previously worked at film and TV distribution company Fun World Media and headed up U.K.-based Power Television’s home entertainment division. He began his career at Playboy Entertainment Group before opening his own independent consulting and distribution company.
