Get ready, because the 25th annual edition of the Playback Indie Production Survey is on its way! To compile the survey and prepare the accompanying analysis – independently written screen-entertainment industry intel you can find nowhere else in Canada – we need your help.

We use the data, which is based upon screen-entertainment production work completed by Canadian companies during the 2012 calendar year, to provide a snapshot of the industry’s health. We also use it to develop editorial content that offers guidance as to where the market for film, TV and online video is going next.

The results of the survey are published in the summer hardcopy issue of Playback, which will be available at the Banff World Media Festival in June as well as sent to subscribers.
