Peace Point Rights, the distribution arm of Toronto-based Peace Point Entertainment, has sold a number of its lifestyle titles, including Keasha’s Perfect Dress (pictured), into territories including Europe, New Zealand and Africa.

Keasha’s Perfect Dress (14 x 30 minutes), starring wedding dress consultant Keasha Rigsby, has been licensed to Mediaset in Spain, Digicast in Italy and Ebony Life TV in Sub-Sahara Africa.

Mediaset also picked up the home design special Colin and Justin’s Street Swap (1 x 30 minutes), while Digiturk in Turkey and Chello Zone in the U.K. picked up the baking series Bake with Anna Olson (40 x 30 minutes).

Chimp Mommy (2 x 30 minutes), about a woman who’s been a primate caregiver for more than 40 years, has been sold to Thai Public Broadcasting Service and The Living Channel NZ, through Peace Point’s distribution partnership with Bomanbridge Media for representation in Australasia.

“It’s been a fantastic freshman year for Peace Point Rights with strong sales of both our Peace Point material and that of third-party producers,” said Les Tomlin, president of Peace Point Rights. “We’re extremely bullish on 2013 with some major new title announcements forthcoming.”
