Sky 1 HD has commissioned East Coast Trains from Cineflix Productions.

The U.K. broadcaster has ordered 10 one hours of the documentary series about a leading British passenger train operator.

Executive produced by Camilla Lewis and Rob Carey for Cineflix Productions, the series will by shot in winter 2013, as it follows everyone from passengers to operators of the complex train network.

East Coast Trains will debut on Sky 1 HD in fall 2013.
