TV App Agency, a U.K.-based application developer with offices in Montreal, says its Tou.tv French-language VOD app it created in partnership with Radio-Canada is available on Samsung Smart TVs.

The web TV app that was first launched online in 2010 facilitates quick access to programs airing on Radio-Canada, RDI, and ARTV, plus other on-demand content from some twenty other partner producers and broadcasters in Canada and Europe. Specifically, Tout.tv is available from the TV app store found on the Samsung platform.

The app was designed and developed by TV App Agency using its TV App Engine, Francois Bedard, the director of the company’s North American operations, said in a statement.
