The Toronto International Film Festival industry programming will include a Master Class with Olivier Assayas, and one-on-one sessions with film world moguls including world cinema indie producer Jeremy Thomas, Film4 head of drama Tessa Ross and Film Nation founder and CEO Glen Basner, it was unveiled Tuesday.

Renowned film scholar David Bordwell will deliver a keynote address as part of the Industry Dialogues speaker series, which will examine filmmaking and the current state of the industry.

The Industry Dialogues series will also include case studies on the art of the screenplay, moderated by Blacklist.com creator and Overbrook Entertainment VP Franklin Leonard, and international co-productions, moderated by Serendipity Point Films exec producer Mark Musselman.

And in looking to the future of film, the series will also feature discussions on the changing technologies and the future of film exhibition, with Imax Theatres president Mark Welton and Cineplex Entertainment COO Dan McGrath; VOD and the future of independent distribution; creative distribution and marketing indie films online.

Elsewhere, The TIFF Nexus series will present interactive cinematic game experience Renga, a 100-player co-op laser game, and a mini-arcade of games created during the Nexus creative jam series.
