Playback is kicking off a search for the Canadian screen-based industry’s New Establishment. An inaugural award, we’re asking you – our readers and industry insiders – to help us identify the best and brightest of your peers.

You have until June 29 to tell us who you think are the up-and-coming game-changers and innovators who are hitting their strides: the producers, animators, agents, post-production professionals, game designers, editors, screenwriters, digital and transmedia producers, distribution execs, whoever is turning heads in today’s industry.

Completing the survey gets your name in a draw to win a free 3-month subscription to Playbackonline.ca. The winner will be named in July. Leading candidates vie for a chance to be the subject of select short profiles on the website in the summer. The winner of the New Establishment Award will be profiled in Playback’s Fall issue alongside annual coverage of the Canadian Film and Television Hall of Fame and the Playback 10 to Watch.
