Veteran Montreal film and TV producer Ian Whitehead has been named head of production at indie producer Incendo.

Whitehead, who most recently produced The Kate Logan Affair for Galafilm Productions, will oversee Incendo production, mostly female-driven pay TV movies that shoot in Montreal.

Whitehead’s other producer credits include 18 to Life (pictured), also for Galafilm, and Assassin’s Creed Lineage, a TV mini-series based on the popular video game that he line produced.

His appointment was unveiled by Incendo principals Jean Bureau and Stephen Greenberg.
