OWN Canada fall sked sees returning Canadian series

New seasons of Devil You Know, Murder She Solved and Fearless in the Kitchen will be airing on OWN Canada this fall, along with Canadian original special Celine: 3 Boys and a New Show.

Doc series Devil You Know from Vancouver’s Make Believe Media will be airing its second season starting Sept. 10. The hour-long eps delve into the profiles of con artists, sex offenders and serial killers with firsthand accounts from the victims.

Season three of Fearless in the Kitchen from Toronto’s Fusion Television kicks off on Sept. 8, following Christine Cushing as she helps turn cooking-challenged participants into chefs.

Vancouver-based Force Four Entertainment will be back with season two of doc series Murder She Solved: True Crime on Sept. 10, looking at true stories of female detectives.

The one-hour special Celine: 3 Boys and a New Show (pictured) from Montreal’s Productions J premieres Oct. 2, delving into the Canadian songstress’ life as a mother and family life in Las Vegas.

Other new primetime series will include Don’t Tell The Bride, Welcome To Sweetie Pie’s and Visionaries: Inside The Creative Mind, as well as second seasons of Ask Oprah’s All Stars and Our America With Lisa Ling.

The fall schedule will also be anchored by The Rosie Show and Oprah’s Lifeclass on weeknights.

“We look forward to building on the success of OWN’s Canadian schedule with the star power of Rosie and Oprah as our anchors in primetime,” said Maria Hale, Corus Entertainment’s VP, television, head of programming and production in a statement. “Going day and date with the U.S. broadcast of The Rosie Show and Oprah’s Lifeclass allows our Canadian viewers to engage in the conversation on all platforms in real time.”
