St. John’s, Newfoundland-based Best Boy Entertainment is extending its reach with the addition of a TV distribution company as well as an interactive content hub.
As Atlantic Canada’s first international TV distribution outfit, Best Boy International will take its projects to global broadcasters as well as directly to consumers via online initiatives.
Meanwhile, Best Boy Media will focus on development and production of interactive content based on in-house programming through a variety of platforms, from mobile apps, web and augmented reality. Its first foray in this world will be a gaming website based on its kids series Mickey: Everyone’s Best Friend (pictured).
