DHX Media sells The Latest Buzz to Starz

Indie producer DHX Media has sold The Latest Buzz to Starz in the U.S. market.

The U.S. cable channel picked up three seasons of the teen live action series, or 65 half-hours, about five 14-year-old writers at work on a youth magazine while in school.

The Latest Buzz initially launched on Family Channel, before sales to Turner Broadcasting for Boomerang in the UK, Cartoon Network in Scandinavia, Nickelodeon Spain, Super RTL and Cartoon Network in Germany.
