Los Angeles-based visual effects shop Zoic Studios has bigger digs in Vancouver’s Gastown district.

Zoic, which expanded north in 2006, has moved into a heritage site, The Landing, at 375 Water Street, allowing it to double its Canadian workforce.

The expansion also aims at enabling more efficient FX production workflow between Zoic’s Los Angeles and Vancouver offices.
