Entertainment One has picked up the Canadian rights to Aaron Woodley’s psychological thriller The Entitled from Foundation Features.

Inferno Entertainment will handle foreign sales on the indie film, which recently wrapped production in Ontario, with Kevin Zegers, Ray Liotta and Victor Garber starring.

The picture, produced by Foundation Features’ Dave Valleau (The Imaginarium of Doctor Paranassus), portrays a young man whose life is turned upside down when he decides to kidnap and hold for ransom three young socialites to save his family.

The ensemble cast includes Laura Vandervoort, Dustin Milligan and Stephen McHattie.

Rob Merilees, Lindsay Macadam and William Morrissey are executive producing, with Robin Crumley as a co-producer.
