Portfolio Entertainment has promoted Julie Stall from Head of Animation to vice president of production. In this newly-created position, Stall will oversee Portfolio’s children’s, lifestyle and factual slate. Stall joined the company 10 years ago, after serving as VP of production at Cambium.

Stall has worked on some of Portfolio’s best-known animation content to date, including The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That!, which airs on Treehouse in Canada and PBS in the US. She has also produced Carl Squared, RoboRoach, and helped develop several new properties, including the adult-skewing Chinatown Cops and tween comedy Hood.
