M anagement and talent agency Integral Artists has acquired fellow Vancouver-based company Kathy Carpenter Talent Agency (KC Talent Agency).

The companies will operate under the Integral Artists brand effective immediately, with KC Talent Agency’s Kathy Carpenter (pictured right) and Lakeisha Hughley joining Integral’s on-camera division. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Carpenter has more than 30 years of experience as a talent agent, first working at Kirk Talent Agencies before branching out to launch KC Talent Agency in 2010.

Integral merged with Kirk Talent in 2016, with Lesa Kirk leading the on-camera division. Working with Carpenter and Hughley alongside Kirk are Candace Fulton, Josh Drebit, Laila Talkio, Simona Crone and Garrett Hutchinson.

Integral’s literary and production division includes managing director Ben C. Silverman, Dani Elias, Jordan Drage, Doreen Holmes, Jody Goldwasser and Max Zipursky.

“Kathy’s vast experience, work ethic and amazing clients are the perfect complement to our team dynamic,” said Silverman, who also serves as executive chairman of levelFILM and principal of Vancouver-based prodco Timeless Pictures, in a statement. “It is an exciting and transformative time for Integral Artists.”
