WildBrain CPLG adds former eOne, Hasbro kids exec

Clare Vosper Mortimer joins the licensing arm's U.K. office as VP, finance and operations.

Toronto-headquartered WildBrain’s licensing division has expanded its international teams with key roles in the U.K. and Germany.

WildBrain CPLG has hired former Hasbro and Entertainment One (eOne) exec Clare Vosper Mortimer (pictured left) as VP, finance and operations.

Based in London, Mortimer will be tasked with enhancing the company’s global in-house services for partners to enable further growth, in addition to overseeing its finances. She reports to Maarten Weck, EVP, global partnerships and licensing.

Mortimer has spent the last seven years working in eOne’s (and, later, Hasbro’s) family division, most recently as SVP, finance and operations, family brands. During her tenure, she worked in production, distribution and brand management for IP such as Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, Transformers and My Little Pony.

WildBrain CPLG has also appointed Angela Reuber-Gundolf (pictured right) as commercial director, Germany.

Based in Munich, Reuber-Gundolf will be responsible for driving growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for a number of brands, including WildBrain-owned IP such as Peanuts, Teletubbies and Strawberry Shortcake, and client brands such as Playmobil, Sega and MGM. She reports to John Taylor, VP, Northern Europe.

Reuber-Gundolf previously served as senior franchise development manager CPGP, EMEA, at The Walt Disney Company’s Germany division, overseeing the franchise strategy for National Geographic consumer products in Europe. She most recently worked at IMG leading global licensing strategies for clients, including confectionary brand Haribo.
