Montreal prodco and distributor Incendo has promoted Effi Eustace (pictured) as SVP, sales for the Americas.

Based in Toronto, Eustace will work with the company’s development and production teams to accelerate the commissioning of its development slate. She will also be responsible for boosting Quebecor Content’s French-language programming across all platforms, according to a press release. Incendo is owned by TVA Group, a subsidiary of Quebecor Media.

Eustace has held the role of VP, sales and marketing for the last three years. Prior to joining Incendo, she led Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution’s international marketing, publicity, and promotional efforts in 85 countries, working with the studio, network and production divisions, spanning linear, cable, theatrical and on-demand platforms.

Incendo COO Jean-Philippe Normandeau said in a statement that Eustace will “bring new ideas and strong leadership to our Toronto based operations,” adding that “her worldwide network and knowledge of the industry will help accelerate the positioning of our films and series in the territory.”

Incendo is also recruiting a streaming and marketing executive to support Eustace and global business operations, added the release.
