Portfolio International has closed a raft of sales for its factual and lifestyle titles in several territories including Israel, Singapore and South East Asia.

The distribution arm of Toronto’s Portfolio Entertainment has sold 26 x 30 episodes of Campus Vets — which follows students at Saskatchewan’s Western College of Veterinary Medicine — to Discovery U.K. The series airs here on Slice.

Meanwhile, Singapore’s Mediacorp has snapped up season one of Chef Abroad, featuring chef Michael Smith, while Ananay Israel has come on board seasons one and two of the half hour series, which is broadcast here on Food Network Canada.

Two cooking series, Restaurant Adventures of Caroline and Dave (13 x 30) and Chef at Home (157 x 30) are headed to the Asian Food Channel in South East Asia. Restaurant Adventures follows two ordinary people as they risk it all to open their first restaurant, while Michael Smith teaches viewers cooking tricks from his home.
