Beach finds Love

Canadian actor Adam Beach has landed a lead role in the HBO drama Big Love.

Beach will play the son of the head of an Indian gaming casino on the HBO drama about a polygamist family in the Salt Lake City suburbs now in its third season.

The Manitoba-born actor earlier parlayed star turns in Canadian movie and TV projects like Dance Me Outside, The Rez and North of 60 into breakout roles in U.S. indie movies like Chris Eyre’s Smoke Signals and John Woo’s Windtalkers.

Beach’s most recent notable credits include Clint Eastwood’s Flags of Our Fathers and Law & Order: SVU.
