The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) has added a fourth world premiere to this year’s lineup: Bros by British-born U.S. filmmaker Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall).

Stoller directed the Universal Pictures comedy and co-wrote it with Billy Eichner (Billy on the Street). The filmmaker also produced the title alongside Judd Apatow (The King of Staten Island) and Josh Church (co-producer Trainwreck). The film is executive produced by Eichner and Karl Frankenfield.

TIFF has so far only announced four titles for its 47th edition, running Sept. 8 to 18 — all of them world premieres. The others are U.S. actor Sanaa Lathan’s directorial feature film debut, On the Come Up; Canadian drama Brother by Clement Virgo; and Rian Johnson’s Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.

Bros also stars Eichner, who is the first openly gay man to co-write and star in his own major studio film, according to a news release. It’s described as a “smart, swoony and heartfelt comedy” about finding a life partner.

The film has an entirely 2SLGBTQIA+ principal cast, including London, Ont.-born Luke Macfarlane (Killjoys), Amanda Bearse (Married…with Children), Guy Branum (The Other Two), Guillermo Díaz (Scandal), Dot-Marie Jones (Glee), Miss Lawrence (The United States vs. Billie Holiday), Eve Lindley (Dispatches from Elsewhere), Ts Madison (The Ts Madison Experience), Jim Rash (The Way Way Back) and Monica Raymund (Chicago Fire).
