In the Aug. 15 issue of Playback, TD Securities group was mistakenly named as the lead manager of Nelvana’s $31 million initial public share offering (‘TD woos producers,’ p. 1). The offer was lead managed by RBC Dominion Securities, an investment banking subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada.

Underwriting partners on the issue were Scotia McLeod, Gordon Capital Corporation and TD Securities.

In the same issue, it was incorrectly reported that Paragon International has gained rights to London, Eng.-based Dandelion Distribution’s entire library (‘Paragon finalizes deal with Dandelion,’ p. 5). The deal with Dandelion grants Paragon access to Hidden City (a 26-episode television series) and six mows, all of which are being coproduced with Toronto-based Lionel Shenken’s Visual Productions.

While company founder Dora Sesler does include Michael Buckley on her roster, it is only in the capacity of dop. Buckley is represented by Derek Van Lint and Associates as a director/cameraman.
