Telefilm Canada reports financial commitments of just under $2.4 million to 13 film and television projects in December and January.

Broadcast Fund investments include: The Adventures of Nilus the Sandman, Sandman Productions, $500,000; In the Moon Hut, Starry Night Productions, $205,000; Le Pire et le meilleur de nous, $146,229 and Un Miroir sur la scene, $119,483, both from acpav; Les Compagnons de Saint-Laurent, Verseau International, $132,000; and Sleeping Car Porters, Selwyn Enterprises, $109,000.

From the Feature Film Fund, the major investment for the period went to In Extremis Images’ Le Polygraphe, $850,000.
