Hogan says planned production and infrastructure investments by Behaviour Entertainment, an affiliate of BHVR Communications, which controls Malofilm, will be taken over by Malofilm. Malofilm will expand on Behaviour’s production plans (four or five TV and animation projects) as well as study the possibility of setting up a digital production studio, says Hogan, a financing and takeover specialist.
