Golden was most recently vp finance, cfo of Imutec Pharma, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company.

– Stephane Reichel has been appointed executive vp of Montreal’s Allegro Films.

– Western International Communications has appointed Kent J. Wingerak vp, business affairs.

Wingerak is responsible for business elements related to wic’s Canadian programming activities in the areas of live-action and animated series, mows and features. He is based in Vancouver.

– Kelly Lynne Ashton has joined Toronto-based Owl/SDA Productions as the company’s new vp business and legal affairs.

– Vicky Roper has been promoted to talent and event marketing manager at Atlantis Broadcasting.

– Todd Leavitt, chairman of Alliance Television, will be leaving his post at the end of May when his contract expires to pursue ‘new opportunities outside the company.’

– Claude Laflamme has been appointed general counsel and secretary at Astral Communications.

– Don McMann has resigned as director of communications at Great North Communications in Edmonton. Christine Bishop has rejoined the company to fill the position.
