Montreal: Up to 40 layoffs and a possible program cancellation are expected at cfcf-tv, the WIC Television affiliate in Montreal. According to a recent report in the Montreal Gazette, cfcf has been asked to find $2.2 million in savings as wic continues to make efficiency retrenchments across its national broadcast system.
