REGINA-based Partners in Motion has been nominated for an Emmy award in the outstanding background/analysis of a single current story – programs, for Kent State: The Day the War Came Home (13 Seconds, The Kent State Shootings). The doc aired on History Television in Canada and The Learning Channel in the U.S.

GVFX compositors were among the post artists lauded with a primetime Emmy nomination for their work on two Stargate SG-1 episodes, ‘Small Victories’ and ‘Exodus.’ Additionally, GVFX’s Michelle Comens served as visual effects coordinator on ‘Small Victories.’ The two episodes were nominated for Emmys in the category of special visual effects for a series, as reported in the last issue of Playback.
