Nat Geo booked into Hotels

National Geographic Channels International is checking in with The Fremantle Corporation, picking up the Toronto shop’s Weird & Wonderful Hotels for its Adventure channel.

The 13 x 30 lifestyle series will bow in April, taking viewers on a tour of the world’s most peculiar lodgings and of the inspiration behind each one. It’s produced by U.K.-based Sleepydog in association with Chief Productions, and Fremantle holds worldwide distribution rights to the series.

‘Light and entertaining, the series is shot on location all over the world from Japan to North America, Africa to Australia, South America to Europe and all the places in between and has found an ideal home on Nat Geo Adventure,’ said Fremantle SVP Diane Tripp in a statement.
