ACTRA  Toronto’s diversity committee launched its #SharetheScreen initiative during the Toronto International Film Festival at an industry reception at DensuBos on Sept. 8. At the reception director Dawn Wilkinson (Degrassi) and Sinking Ship Entertainment were presented with the Sandi Ross #SharetheScreen award. A video addressing the experiences of diverse performers in the entertainment industry was also screened.
