* Andrew Williamson will join Vancouver-based Keatley Film as director of development in June. Previously, he worked in industrial relations and policy at the B.C. branch of the CFTPA and was seconded by the B.C. Ministry of Labour to assist Justice David Tysoe in last year’s labor inquiry into the B.C. film industry.

* Gillian Hrankowski has joined Infinity Filmed Entertainment Group in Vancouver as the company’s new development coordinator. Previously, Hrankowski worked at the CBC, British Columbia Film and Soapbox Productions. She replaces Margaret Vossen, who left to pursue other opportunities.

* Christopher Geddes is the new head of Lone Eagle Entertainment’s distribution division, replacing the outgoing Tom Powers. Geddes previously worked as Lone Eagle’s head of development for four years.

* Jim Nelles is now VP and general manager of Toronto 1, moving up from his post as general sales manager. Nelles joined the station in 2004, prior to which he held similar posts at Rogers Media.

* Wendy MacKeigan is now chair of the 2005 WIFT-Toronto board of directors. For 10 years, she was chair and president of Astral Media The Harold Greenberg Fund. Stepping down are 2003/04 cochairs Tara Ellis and Emily Morgan.
