Ciccoritti shoots Murder

Toronto – Principal photography is underway on the MOW Murder in the Hamptons for CTV and Lifetime – with Jerry Ciccoritti (Lives of the Saints, Trudeau) helming the true-crime tale of financier Ted Ammon’s death at his posh Long Island estate. David Sutcliffe (The Atwood Stories) stars with Poppy Montgomery (Without a Trace) and Shawn Christian (Summerland). Robert L. Freedman (Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows) penned the script from a Vanity Fair article by Michael Shnayerson.

Bernie Zukerman (This is Wonderland) of Indian Grove Productions produces with Barbara Lieberman (Gleason) and Muse Entertainment. Wendy Grean also produces. Processing will be done by Toronto post house The Lab, transfers by Eyes Post, and mixing by Casablanca. Robert Greenwald Films will distribute internationally.

Hamptons shoots in the Toronto area until June on a $5-million budget made up from presales and tax credits. Brad Farrell
