* Paula Davies is the new executive producer of in-house production at Toronto1. She previously served as assistant general manager for MTV Canada and TV Land and will guide in-house shows through T1’s relaunch this fall.

* Russ Greaves is now chair of the Okanagan Film Commission. Greaves is program manager for Shaw Cable TV and will head the effort to develop the film trade in the B.C. region.

* Kathryn Oughtred is now executive producer for Discovery Channel’s in-house prodco Exploration Production, coming over from writing and producing the series A Dog’s Life at Cineflix Productions.

* Amy Robson is now senior producer at guru animation studio, hired away from U.K. effects shop Machine, where she worked on Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. The Toronto company also recently hired Mark Cutler as art director, luring him away from effects shop Topix.

* Anne Frank is now content analyst for feature film and television for the Ontario and Nunavut regions of Telefilm Canada. She previously worked as a production executive for both Barna-Alper Productions and Global Television and was a script editor on Atanarjuat: The Fast Runner.
