Forest meets The Marsh

Toronto – The supernatural thriller The Marsh is shooting in the Toronto area until late January – putting Forest Whitaker, Justin Louis and Gabrielle Anwar up front in the story of a children’s author on a holiday gone wrong. Jordan Barker (Truth, Justice and the American Way) directs the story by Michael Stokes (Jane and the Dragon). David Perrault (Get Rich or Die Tryin’) is DOP, Nick Rotundo (The Good Shepherd) will edit. The $6-million feature is executive produced by Sonja Morgan, Silvio Sardi and Al Munteanu, and produced by Peter Simpson and George Flak. It will be distributed by CHUM Television and Alliance Atlantis’ Motion Picture Distribution. Sean Davidson
