ZoomerMedia has greenlit Summerhill Media’s one-hour documentary Manifest: The Power of Thought (working title).
The documentary is currently set to bow on on ZoomerMedia’s VisionTV and One: Get Fit Canada by fall 2016. The project will also air in its second window in 2017 on Hollywood Suite.
The doc looks at the concept of “manifesting,” which purports people can “think” their way into a new reality. The project features stories of people who have been radically transformed via “manifesting,” as well as interviews and debate around how effective the strategy really is.
Manifest: The Power of Thought is produced by Summerhill Media Inc., and was created and producer by Laura Lilie. Other shows recently produced by the Toronto-based company include My Dog’s Crazy Animal Friends, which was picked up by Discovery Family Channel this spring, and Access Unlimited, a four-part miniseries looking at the accessibility of Canadian cities that was produced in partnership with Accessible Media Inc.
