Family gets Luck-y

Good Luck Charlie

A new Disney series is coming to Family Channel, where Good Luck Charlie will debut next month.

The sitcom revolves around the change in a family’s life when a new baby enters the fold, and got a head start south of the border on Disney Channel earlier this month. Family will air back-to-back episodes on May 14 at 7 p.m. before moving Charlie to its regular timeslot on Fridays at 7 p.m.

The cast includes Bridgit Mendler (Wizards of Waverly Place), Jason Dolley (Cory in the House), Bradley Steven Perry, Leigh-Allyn Baker (Will & Grace), Eric Allan Kramer (My Name Is Earl) and newcomer Mia Talerico.

It’s produced by L.A.’s It’s A Laugh Productions (Hannah Montana), and executive produced by Phil Baker and Drew Vaupen (Suddenly Susan, What I Like About You), with Dan Staley (Cheers, Love & Money).

Good Luck Charlie‘s debut episode is being previewed on Family OnDemand.
